Baja Thanksgiving 11-2006The following day we awoke to beautiful blue skies again (a recurrent theme in Baja). It was about 80 degrees and sunny with no wind and water temps around 78 degrees. We decided to take the boat out to do some fishing as we have been seeing a lot of pelicans and sea birds diving for fish, and huge yellowtail boils out in front of the house since we arrived. Now was our chance to catch some fresh sushi, yum... We launch our boat from the sand in front of the house with our 4 x 4 Toyota PU. Here's a pic of our 21' Valco Bayrunner cnter councel with an 80hp Yamaha outboard:

![]() There are 5 islands out in front of our house a few miles offshore that are called the Enchanted Islands. We were going to fish between the biggest and littlest of the islands called Isla San Luis and Isla Pomo. This is a good spot for yellowtail - hope we do well. Here are a few pics of the islands:

![]() The worst part about catching a lot of fish is cleaning them. Here is Mike doing the dirty work after we made it back to shore. You can see the large island Isla San Luisa where we went fishing in the background:
![]() It was another awesome day in Punta Bufeo :) We invited over our neighbors, Allan and Diana to dinner for a fish taco feast that Mike prepared. I just supervised, as my hip was still preety sore. Kevin - where's my tequila shots??? Here is a pic of my bruised hip on day three:
