Jamul To Alaska 08-08

Modifications I made:

Canisterectomy - removed the charcoal canister and related hoses (smog shit).

EPC Removal - more smog shit. This reduced engine performance in 2nd and 3rd gear.

SAS Removal - more smog shit. This worked with the catalytic converter - which I also removed.

Flapendectomy - allows the fuel tank to vent better.

Gear selector disconnect - more smog shit. Works in conjunction with the EPC (see above).

Sidestand switch kit - disabled the safety switch so you can start the bike with the kickstand down.

Welded larger foot on sidestand

Added 2nd fuse block in glove box - I needed new fuse's for my heated grips and heated clothing powerlets.

The Farkles I added:

Scotts dampner & tripple clamp - helps stabilize the handlebars.

Handlebar risers - raised the bars about 1 1/2 inches. More comfortable on longer trips.

KTM crash bars - helps protect the fuel tanks from damage.

Akropovic Silencers - replaces the stock exhaust and catalytic converter cans.

KTM radiator protector

KTM auxiliary lights - extra light for night time riding.

G2 throttle tube with 400 cam - makes the throttle easier to use.

KTM heated grips - keeps your hands warm in colder weather.

KTM large fairing - keeps more wind off your body.

Toutatech headlight protector - no more broken headlights from rocks.

Evolutionize slave cylinder - replaces a part for the clutch that has had a lot of failures.

Highway pegs - gives you a 2nd position to put your feet on long trips.

Jesse Luggage (side and top cases)

KTM tankbag

Kaoko throttle control - cruise control.

Touratech rear brake cyclinder guard

KTM suspension bleeder valves - easy way to release air from front forks.

Right mirror remount

Glovebox lock

3 more powerlets - one for a AA & AAA battery charger, and 2 for heated clothing.

Hardwired the GPS with a 2 prong clip that can also be used for Battery tender, air pump, etc.

AirHawk pad for my seat - helps with monkeybutt

Now me and my bike are ready for the world :)
